Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

Pack Your Items

Securely pack your items in their original Pink Palm Puff packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and attach the shipping label to the outside.

Drop Off and Refund

Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
